A 7.4-magnitude earthquake jolted the coast of Fukushima in Japan on Wednesday night, killing at least four and injuring more than 90. Besides damaging roads and houses, the quake knocked out power in more than 10 prefectures, including the Toyko region, plunging millions of households into darkness and disrupting public transport
